Logos 6 Freezing More Than Usual

For some reason Logos 6 keeps freezing. I keep seeing the Mac spinning beach ball way more than usual. It is showing the spinning beach ball more often than not. So, I thought I'd use Logos Logging utility and use sample. This is what it saved. No idea if it will help or not (since the crash log in Logos does not update after crashes on my computer).

I have found the same to be true on Windows 7 the last couple of days.

Try posting your logs again. I received this error once time yesterday, but it worked correctly this morning.

Nope. Still got the same error message trying to post that particular Log. That is just weird. Is there any other way I can share it so that someone from Logos can diagnose the problem (whether it is on my end in my computer or Logos 6, or if it is a fix that they need to make on their end)?

How large is the zip file? That might be the problem. If so, you can unzip it and upload just the logos.log file. If others are needed, they can be asked for.

I periodically empty my logging folder to prevent this.

It is only 4.9 MB. I have posted logging information as big a 5.3 MB (just yesterday actually), but the same day it would not post the 4.9 MB log in this forum! Extremely inconsistent. I too thought it might be the size, but it's not.

4.9 MB is a pretty large zip file.

I honestly have no idea what "sample" is for... I use "sample" when Logos is still running (for non crash events)... but I honestly don't know if that is right or not.

How do you clear the Logging folder?

Manually delete the stuff in the folder... which is hidden and hard to find for the "average" user.

I used sample because Logos was freezing and I was getting the spinning beach ball. So, Logos had not crashed, but was freezing and being unresponsive.

I know how to get to the logging folder. I deleted some things from there because when I told Logos Logging Utility to Archive logs, they were 21 MB files. I have been able to upload files as big as 6 MB before, so it makes no sense that I can't upload a 4.9 MB log.

So do I delete all that is in this folder?

And it will just repopulate after I restart Logos 6?

okay...maybe not that big. I looked at my most recent posts of logs, and I do not see one that is 5.3 MB. *sigh* Maybe I need to delete the logs so they can repopulate...or something...
