Preparing for Community Pricing Resources in November

I'm not sure if anyone else is like me but if you are, be prepared for the number of Community Pricing resources being released in the next few weeks. I have 17 resources for a total of $375 on order that are being released between Nov. 8th and Nov. 21st. Things were quiet over the last number of weeks leading up to the launch of L6 but now is a different story.

I noticed that too. I don't think I'm going to be able to purchase all those I want after upgrading to Logos 6. I know it's not feasible, but a 4 week hiatus would be nice.

Prior to this month I've been consistent with the Classic Commentaries, but I'm afraid that going to change in the next couple weeks.

I think my Thanks giving & Christmas already came early!! [;)] I also cut most of my community pricing all because of L6.

I am also asking myself do you really need that Classic Romans commentary for $84.00... [:(]

I've got three items coming up, Not too bad, but the new NIDNTTE is right around the corner in December.

I'm ramping up my provision petition prayer. Somehow it doesn't seem right to pray give us this month our pre-pub orders. [*-)]

I have the pre-pub of Clines: The Dictionary of Classical Hebrew https://www.logos.com/product/29300/the-dictionary-of-classical-hebrew as a pre-pub order and I wait for it "in cold heart" (literal translation of a Finnish idiom - in this context something like both looking forward and being frightened). Good that other Logos users have similar concerns.

You can ask your sales rep to put you on a payment plan, especially if one already exists.

I am in the same boat as many of the rest that have already posted. And, like others, have purged some that were "wants" and not really "needs" from my list. I have around $330 coming up in the next 3 weeks, however 2 of those resources are a couple of the Mobile Ed courses, and they were discounted enough that I don't think that I could ever match their price again, so they are going to be added to my library. I even went through my wishlist this past week and cleaned it out a little (some were fulfilled in the latest base package upgrade [:D]). I will try very hard to resist any new purchases during the Thanksgiving/Christmas holidays so that I can enjoy the holidays without feeling the "obligation" to garner new resources for my addiction.

I hate to cancel community pricing items because once I do, I can't bring myself to pay that higher price later. Its either get it now or never, or luck out if its included later in a package upgrade.

That's why I very seldom cancel any Community Pricing resource.
