Interesting. Mine has the prayer list first, and I can't seem to change it to go anywhere but first.
Use the little "gear" icon by your name on the homepage. This will access your home page settings. You can click and drag things in settings to make to homepage sidebar appear in the order you want it to appear.

Even more interesting. When I was answering the OP's question, I tried that, and nothing would drag. I couldn't move the items.
It work for me on my mac. I don't know what to say.
