The problem seems to be:
Faulting module path: C:\WINDOWS\system32\MZA64.dll
Googling MZA64.dll shows that it belongs to Adware called Mezaa. Are you running antivirus or antimalware? I don't know if Mezaa shows up in Control Panel -> Programs where you can uninstall it. If it does not, I suggest installing something like Malwarebytes to detect and remove it.
