Android app will not download or access resources

The same is happening with mine. I just did a factory reset on my tablet and reinstalled the Logos app. Instead of my library, I just find the 44 free apps (Bibles and such). Uninstalling and reinstalling the app does not change the results.

I also tried signing up for a reading plan on my tablet; it seemed to go through but when I restarted the app the reading plan disappeared. It never synced over to my phone or desktop.

I think the new app is having trouble phoning home.

Does anyone have information on what is going on with the Android app?  After the Logos 6 update, my android would not download resources in my library.  I reinstalled the app and then less than 10% of my resources appeared in my library and none will download.

This is a server issue unrelated to the Logos 6 update.  We are working on a fix.

Is this issue related to the Bible Word Search not working correctly? As well as passage guide, etc.? On Both android platforms as well as iOS devices such as iPads?

Yes, all of these issues are caused by the same server-side problems and we're working to get things back to normal as soon as we can.

I seem to have my resources back but it still won't update my reading plan. It's strange because I can view the reading plan in my Documents, but even when I select the reading selection for the day it is not showing me where start and stop my reading for the day. Is this still part of the server issue from yesterday?

Everything seems to be up and running again. I had to uninstall and reinstall twice and restart my tablet (Samsung Galaxy Tab 3) in between. I think I panicked a bit because it just happened to not work when I went to show some friends (fellow pastors) how cool Logos is. That's life sometimes. Thanks for all of your hard work Logos!

I am having the same problem, Yesterday I had my whole library available to me now when I went to open a book i found i only had 69 books. I have a samsung galaxy s4 with 4.4.4 and logos 4.3.9 build 287. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
