Library not complete on Mobile devices

I' ve deleted and reinstalled the app multiple times and it has not helped. I own Logos 5 and there are maybe only 60 resources showing. To make matters worse it is showing I can purchase some of the basic resources! I'm running on Apple devices.

I hope I'm not insulting your intelligence, but are you logged in on the device with the same user name as you use for your Logos 5?

If you login to biblia.com how many resources do you see?

Everything appears to be there in Biblia...I didn't have to log in...it remembered me, but it is a different user name...not sure how that happened. Let me chase that down, thanks

If it is a different user name, then you aren't using the right user name on your mobile app.

Yes, that was the issue. I'm still baffled as to how it happened. I didn't sign out, a few days ago I edited my home page settings and that's when it changed. All is well now, thanks for your help!
