Downloaded, indexed...new a-9 update. The 'search' information options that pop up when you left click on a word are no longer there. Have I done something wrong or has this feature disappeared in the alpha 9? Thanks all.
To what search information are you referring to when you "left click"? Can you be a bit more precise and fill in some details?
I was referring to the panel that would pop up when you left-clicked (or double finger-clicked, in my case) on a selected word in (say) the Biblical text. The panel where "copy" is found. I need to copy/paste some Greek text but did not have the option to do so. Funny, when I went to 'Grab' a picture to post, the panel disappeared and then reappeared with the options. I guess this glitch is fixed. Thanks!
HOWEVER, and this might be a new subject/topic post, when, after doing a search on a particular passage (and all the bibles, commentaries, etc.) appear in the window panels, I am having a difficult time changing the passage. For example, if I search for Matthew 2:1-12 and after the results appear, I decide I want to see the wording of Isaiah 60: 1ff, the NRSV (the default Bible) will not change. I have to float the NRSV to a window of its own in order to get the Bible to show the desired reference. Once in the floated window, I can go anywhere in the text. It would think I could do this w/out floating the window.
I hope my description is clear. Thanks!
With regard to the second part of your question.
I had similar trouble getting the Bible to relocate to another passage. I found that the commentary was the driving force and changing the reference in the Commentary changed the Bible.
I have no idea how to swap the driving force to the Bible - Sorry.

In any case, I am glad you got the copy option figured out.

If that is the case, let me know and I may have a solution for you. If not, maybe post a screen shot that shows me the problem.
Yes, yes, this is correct. Thanks.
Well, the good news is, this is easy to do. The bad news is, we are missing one of the features in our Alpha that makes it easy.
1. notice that each of your Bibles is linked by default using linkset A
2. pick one translation to change from A (I used NASB for this example)
3. Make this Bible that is not linked your target. This is the option that is missing right now, but in the future if you make this unlinked version the target reference, then when you click on a verse, this Bible will switch without forcing all your commentaries and other bibles to follow.
