I tried searching for this because I believed I had seen it before but can not fins it anywhere. Can someone inform how to remove the Logos Software from a Mac computer before one sells that computer?

However, I would recommend that you perform a clean install of your OS and wipe EVERYTHING from your computer. In which case, the above link is unnecessary.
Can you provide a link to do this? I am familiar with PC's in this process but not MAC.
