Allow Sales Reps To Process Vyrso Book Orders

I would like to see the ability for Logos Sales Reps to process Vyrso book orders for customers. I used to be able to do that a while back, but it seems now that Logos Sales Reps do not have access to Vyrso SKU's and therefore, cannot process Vyrso orders (they can, however, process Noet orders, etc., Vyrso seems to be the only one they can't).

I'd also like to be able to mix and match Vyrso book orders when placing Logos orders with my sales rep. Sometimes, when placing an order with a bunch of Logos books with my sales rep, it would be super convenient just to throw in the Vyrso books with my order in one big order.

I like to be loyal to a sales rep that can handle all my purchasing needs versus simply using the website for everything. While the Faithlife/Logos family of store websites have become smarter as time as gone on, it still doesn't beat the personal experience of working with a sales rep. Sales reps have always looked out for me in the past, helping me find money saving collections of books I would have missed (and I ended up spending more money with Logos up front that way), as well as telling me when the perfect time was to purchase certain orders. That personal, one on one experience is just something a website can't give me.

So being able to purchase Vyrso books in addition to all the other Logos books I can purchase from my sales rep today, would be fantastic. I'd like to get to the point that, with the exception of free books, I can use my sales rep exclusively for all Faithlife related purchases.

I'd rather keep the overhead on Vyrso resources as low as possible - but then there aren't many Vyrso resources of interest to me.

The pricing seems pretty comparable to Logos.com books now, at times some are either slightly less or some are pretty low. But for most stuff I've purchased on Vyrso, unless it's on a great sale, pricing is pretty similar to Logos.com stuff.

I wouldn't mind still paying those prices for books, but having the convenience of emailing my purchase list to my Logos sales rep would be nice. I don't frequently buy from Vyrso, but when I do, I tend to buy a collection of books at a time (Charles Stanley books, etc.). I only occasionally buy one or two books at a time.

You must not be buying the same Logos stuff I am buying. I find a big difference between Vyrso and Logos.

At times I get stuff on a really good sale (found a book for 75 cents, and found a book for a couple dollars on Black Friday). Usually I pay between $10-12 per book, which is about what I pay for Christian Living titles on Logos.com. Scholarly stuff and textbooks, that's a little different story.

I try to use Dave for as much of my orders as possible (even smaller stuff) since I believe sales reps work off of commission, and I like to support my sales rep and ensure he gets the commission for the sales. Plus I'm sure sales reps look good when they meet a high quota, so the more business I can give him of mine, the better (although I'm sure he doesn't have a problem with "too low" of a quota :-) ). Plus I like the "personal touch" of a sales rep. Someone who gets to know me, knows what I like in terms of books, and is always there to assist. Back when I had Jared, he was always finding me deals where I ended up spending more money up front with Logos that I was planning on doing, but it ended up saving me money and giving me more books in the long term. With Dave, he's helped me out with good sales as well, as well as helped me plan out the best time to purchase base collection upgrades and certain book collections so I get the best deals, as well as have helped me with setting up payment plans. It's just an extra touch to interact with a real person then try to interact with a computer. Logos.com has become smarter, but it still doesn't beat having a real human process your orders. :-) The only time I don't use Dave for orders is if it's free. That I'll just go through the website on.
