BUG: Deleting Documents from Faithlife

I'm encountering a bug in Faithlife where the group documents (reading plans in particular) don't delete when they are deleted.

There are also random issues that are shown in the video where dropdown menus have some usability issues.

Update: Using the "End Collaboration" option does successfully remove the reading plan. This is not obvious (or at least the "delete" option which effectively does nothing is distracting from the appropriate function)
