Mac Programming Question....

I was wondering (and this is just out of plain curiosity) what development language and tools do you use to develop the Logos4Mac software?
I am quite familiar with the MonoDevelop tools and C# and C++ programming (as well as PHP) and am always looking for new ways to develop cross platform enabled applications. I was wondering what tools you have used to create the Mac version of your software (both programming as well as GUI)? It might just be XCode and Interface Builder. But, I was just curious.
Thanks!

The core of the product is a mixture of C# and C++ that has been adapted from the Windows product (we use Mono to run the C# bits, and we only use the command-line tools ).
The UI layer is written using Cocoa and Objective-C.
Bridging the two layers is something that we designed and wrote ourselves. You'd have to be a Logos developer in order to be allowed to see it.
Did I mention we're hiring?
