[request] SUGG: Restart-less updates notifications

I really like the restart-less updates process. As i shared in a different thread regarding my experiences, I think the user experience could be enhanced. The average user like me will get the most utility out of this feature when we want a new book, purchase the book, and then want to open it and start using it.

In these situations, it would be very helpful for a notification to appear. Something like:

New resource downloading: [title]
New resource available: [title]

It would be optimal if these popups appeared only for new purchases rather than updated files.

I'll make a note for these requests. There are some technical details that make this "impossible" in today's world. When we're downloading a new file we only know about the file, not the resource title (or any other information associated with the file). We also don't know why a file is being downloaded. That's not information we currently have.

I think it's worth us thinking about these requests as we continue to update and refresh our back-end support. So I'll report these requests right now.
