[ACK] BUG: Shift in PBB location

I know this has been reported before, so I don't know if it is a regression or something that hasn't been fixed... ahem. [;)]

After closing a PBB project, the closed project is shifted ~10 projects in the list. When you close a project, the project should still be visible!

If I remember correctly, the devs had difficulties reproducing this issue. It helps if you have more than a few personal books. [;)] FWIW - I have more than 100.

I'm not sure I'm clearly understanding to what you're referring.

The issue I do know about is that when you create a brand new PB it goes to the end of the list (not unexpected), but then when you build it for the first time, when you click Finish, it moves to its alphabetically sorted position, so you lose it and have to go scrolling around to find it again. Is that what you're talking about? It's annoying. I wouldn't describe it as "shifted ~10 projects in the list" though, because how many spots it gets shifted depends on how many PBs you have and on where it goes in alphabetical order. So perhaps you meant something else?

Yes, something else. The behavior you describe is what happens when you FIRST create a personal book. I continue to work on personal books to correct formatting, add hyperlinks, etc. The behavior I am describing would come AFTER you edit or compile a personal book once it has already shuffled alphabetically. I am NOT saying that the book changes position alphabetically, but rather that the entire list shifts positions. The current book I was edition had a first word of "Married." After I was finished editing and closed the project, the first project listed started with "Knowing". Counting the "knowing" book as "one," eight books were visible ("knowing" to "living"). The book I was working with would be the twelfth" book from the "top" of the list (where "top" simply refers to the first book visible in the list after closing the project). Therefore, the list shifted twelve positions up.
