[unresolved] Missing resources not initially included in base package

I own a Silver base package to which I added some resources as I have need of them. All are working fine until I had to reinstall Logos (and upgraded to the Logos 6 engine). After the initial download I found that I am missing some resources.

These are:

Rushdoony New Testament Commentary Collection (3 vols.)
The Institutes of Biblical Law (3 vols.)
Commentary on the Pentateuch, by Rousas John Rushdoony (5 vols.)
ESV Study Bible Notes

These are the ones I bought separately from the package, the download links are not working and my installation disks are formatted for Windows. How come these resources were not included in the download? I tried everything here (https://www.logos.com/support/logos6/mac/incomplete-downloads) to no avail.

I initially got the Logos Bible Software 3 Scholar's Library Silver (ND) for Windows.

When I shifted to a Mac platform, I used Logos Bible software: Mac v1.1

Yes. The disks bear the Libronix logo on the label so I guess the answer to your second question is also yes.

Hi Jerry

The easiest option for you is to give customer services a call - they will be able to unlock these resources for you and they will download to your Logos 6 library.

If you are not in the US you might consider using Skype to make the call. That is what I do from the UK and it works out pretty cheap.

That won't resolve the issue. If the books are in your Order History they should be available to you via the update resources command. So you should contact Customer Services (not Tech Support) to fix it.

If you're prior install was synchronized with the Faithlife servers you're current install should include the licensing for the resources you are missing. Customer service at least should be able to confirm you've got the resource licensing.

Resources licensed to you're account should be downloading so what I propose below shouldn't be necessary but might in someway be helpful.

Though your discs have the Windows installer on them they also have the Libronix resource files which you should be able to add to your library, if more recent versions aren't already downloaded.

Mount each installation disc and use the SCAN command with the correct resource directory location. I'm sorry but I can't remember the directory structure on those discs and can't check for it at the moment.
