Using the same device, when I add highlights and notes to the KJV than switch to another Bible version, the highlights and notes does not transfer. Is this normal?

Highlights are specific to a particular version and so do not transfer (among other things there are issues with versification which would make transferring highlights difficult)
Notes will appear in another version if the notes are made "by reference" (i.e. tied to a biblical verse or passage) but not if "by selection" (i.e. linked to a specific portion of text). In the Android app, switching between these two modes is done in the notes editor via the "Attach to Reference" switch.

I am having difficulties with Highlights, I don't see some of them in my android device but I can see them in my desktop computer. I am using the same Bible and I already uninstall and installed the Bible, but still the same issue.
Any suggestions?

This is my Desktop Logos 5 showing Romans 13 (Spanish version) highlighted in different colors with different icons.
This is my Tablet Application showing the same chapter, same Bible version, but with several highlights missing. (This is an example of several missing highlights through the entire Bible)
If you know of a solution, I will be glad to hear it

I'm unable to replicate this issue - I recommend you remove the app and perform a fresh install, and make sure your tablet has a good wifi connection. It might take a while for all of your notes/highlights to sync so staying on the network for a while will help.
I did that... the issue is not only in my tablet, but also in my phone in the same way
What phone device do you have, and which version of Android? I'm still unable to reproduce this issue...

Other than the fact that you have thousands of notes using custom highlighters and nearly the entire resource in question is highlighted, we can't yet find any issues with your account.
Are you *sure* that you reinstalled the app and/or cleared the app's data and cache? Given all of the note data (and depending on how many resources you have downloaded locally), it may take many hours for the data to sync on your devices with a fast wifi connection. The more notes/highlights you create using custom highlighters, the slower the app will be.
I did it again in my tablet (delete, clear, reinstall the app)... it seems to be working now.I will do the same with the phone again.
