It is an issue which has been reported on Mac before - https://community.logos.com/forums/p/104368/721490.aspx - I don't think I have seen Faithlife commenting on it yet

[ACK] Help resource missing?

On 6.3 beta 5 mac — when I click on the help question mark —> Logos Bible Software Help, the panel opens but it says "Resource Missing, Title: Help".
I was able to work around by typing the filename LOGOS4HELP in the command box and opening it from there so the help resource is actually present in my library, it just won't open the normal way.
