I think H.-J.van der Wal is correct. Check your library to confirm whether you already have editions of the titles in this bundle. In some cases Faithlife provides the new edition as a free update.
I don't believe the titles in the three book bundle have ever been sold separately (maybe during the madness in March). They may have been included in earlier versions of WEA Theological Resource Library, Version 3 includes them now. This resource library is a very good value - for $41 I'd recommend purchasing.

As far as I know they may have been included from the start (i.e. in the WEF Resource Library cd-rom for the Amsterdam 2000 Conference).
