I have tried all day to get Logos to open. Every time it opens a gray box that says: Unable to connect to Logos.Com. Desperately need help, trying to finish a manuscript!!!
If your internet is working something (firewall or antivirus) is blocking Logos from accessing the internet.
Hold down Ctrl or its equivalent if on a Mac while signing it. It gives you the option to work offline. Some features will not work, but you will have access to all of your resources.
Thank you Lynden Williams. Found an article https://www.logos.com/support/logos5/unable-to-connect, I guess that during the last reboot windows must have checked the "Use Proxy Server" box. Unchecked it and all is well [Y]
