BUG: Duplicate Note Markers KJV

As seen in THIS thread, the KJV duplicates note markers when the reference is set to an entire chapter... Or at least the one displayed in the screen shot (1 Pt. 1). Note that the KJV has 2 note markers... both were created by the note shown on the right.
