[resolved] Cannot start new reading plans

Greetings,

When attempting to start a new reading plan, predetermined or custom, after saving the plan it instantly jumps to, "Reading plan finished!" I've tried several different alterations of creating a plan and no matter what I do the sidebar on my home page always shows the reading plan as finished. Anyone know if this is an issue?

Running Logos 6 core on Mac OS X Yosemite.

Welcome to the forums Joshua, and sorry you're having troubles! Many of us on the forums will be glad to try to help if you will give additional information. Are you running the latest update of L6 (6.3.0.0056)? If you are running the latest iteration, then screenshots would possibly be helpful. It would be nice to see a screenshot of the reading plan as you create it, as well as a screen shot of the sidebar where you say that it is marked as completed. You probably know how easy it is to get screenshots on Mac, but if not…Cmd+Shift+4 allows you to drag over whatever area you wish to capture (Cmd+Shift+3 gets the entire screen). These are automatically saved as .PNG files on your desktop. To attached these to your post, please use the paper clip icon.

By the way, no question is a dumb question here!

It's behaving like it can't find any Bibles in your library (there should be the name of a Bible in the last screenshot in between "in" and "every day"). Can you open your library and verify that at least one Bible shows up in the list of books?

I downloaded the free core version of Logos 6 (I wanted a trial run before I commit to a base package). As far as I know it comes with the FaithLife Study Bible in the core version. Here is what it looks like in my Library.

The FSB isn't a Bible, it's an extensive set of Bible study notes

FYI, you can invite another Faithlife member to a group without having to know their email address. Click Joshua's name above to go to his Faithlife page: https://faithlife.com/joshua-880306/activity

Then, at https://faithlife.com/logos-cloud/invitations , paste in the "token" from that URL, i.e., "joshua-880306". The first "Joshua" listed should be the account with that token, and you can click "Add +" to add an invitation.

As Reuben suggests this is a great way of getting access to a lot of resources for a month but please be aware it will load a significant number of resources (GB) onto your hard drive during the trial period.
