This is on order for me as well and yet my download is only 1.46 GB (did I just say ONLY?[:S])
I've got 6.91Gb coming down, but I have no big orders placed, nor small orders being fulfilled today. I *did* sign up for the free Logos Cloud trial, which is starting today.... but wouldn't it be odd for a "cloud" product to require a 7Gb download?

Mine says 3.91 GB. I know I just ordered the new book of the month for June and a couple of free books from Vyrso this morning. However, I don't know what I have that would require this much of a download. Now I have to go to a coffee shop today to download and complete this update.

Joining the group was all it took.
Maybe they realease in stages (if they really push out 2.4 [my size] to over 4 GB to 6k subscribers, that could be a prudent way to do it without crashing the servers)
Logos resources are hosted on a CDN, so all that the Logos servers themselves need to do is update our licence files.
2.33 GB downloading here. Big download but looking forward to checking out the LC for a few weeks.

Nope.
FL has sent mixed messages... but only insomuch as PR goes. Logos Now is (generally) for current users who prefer to purchase resources. Logos Cloud is (generally) for new users who prefer to rent resources. FL has discouraged users from signing up for both Logos Now and Logos Cloud... and yet they invited everyone to sign up for a free month of Logos Cloud.

Yes, if you are a part of the Logos Cloud Faithlife Group, you will get an update.
Logos Cloud is accessible in 3 ways:
1. Desktop - which requires new (and existing) users to download
2. Mobile - the existing Logos Mobile App should provide this experience.
3. Web App - app.logos.com (still in Beta) is the last, and least recommended way for now, to access Logos Cloud.
But, depending on what one's library actually has, it could still be worth it.
There's definitely some cool stuff in there. Mytag:Cloud gives 1059 resources and I thought I had a large library.
Some stuff I thought I would never be able to afford, such as Barth's Church Dogmatics,Lexham Bible Guide, EEC and some I was tempted to go for (Black's NT Commentary, Themelios).

I don't care about Qumran manuscripts either. [:P] Where what's downloading is of interest to me is in patristic-related stuff, authors like Josephus and Erasmus, and some of the reference materials, which I wouldn't buy at anything like full price but will probably use and appreciate for the next month for free (like the Baker Encyclopedia of the Bible). Unless there's a Catholic (or Orthodox) commentary set or something just waiting to be downloaded, where things will get really interesting for me is with Verbum Cloud.
From what's downloaded so far, Logos Cloud at this level looks to me like a very good offering for at least most people from backgrounds targeted by present Logos base packages.

No, you've not misunderstood. I won't be subscribing to Cloud, because Logos Now meets my needs much better.

I got 59 new resources. I gave these a tag (LogosCloud) so I can check if I want to buy some.

So how do I separate the 29-volume Community Pricing volumes that just came out (Classic Studies on the Apostolic Fathers) that I own from the 310 Cloud resources that I don't own? I want to tag them separately.

Faithlife will soon create an in-program collection containing only the Logos Cloud resources.
EDIT: What that on its own probably won't tell you is which resources Logos Cloud provides you already had, but combining the collection with when stuff was updated should give you what you're looking for.

Now if I was to subscribe to this level at $49.99 per month, I would have paid more in 9 months than it would have cost to upgrade to the Diamond Level under the Dynamic Pricing scheme. At $99.99 per month I can pay off the Dynamic Price for the Collector's in just over 3 years. So if you already have a substantial library, you had better look at your dynamic pricing and compare it to what it will cost you to rent. Unless Logos makes a substantial allowance for already purchased resources as a few have suggested, there's very little incentive for those of us who have large libraries to use Logos Cloud.

Yes, it is consistent. However, I wish there were a Cloud option that was configured similar to dynamic pricing. I understand this from FL's perspective, though, why it would be tough to implement.

I have a good library already and it's got me thinking. The Cloud added almost 1300 resources to my library. Some are things I'll never need but things like ICC, Vos, and Owen standout at this point...Thanks for the free trial Logos.

It did not take me long to regret subscribing. Just taught my wife how to find Bibles on her iPad. She will not be happy wading through 269 Lexham Press DSS resources. She also will not enjoy having to add "language:English" to the equation.

3. Click on the “Actions” button to the right of Logos Cloud Premium. (note: it may be hidden, it will show up on mouse-over).
4. Open your app, go to the Tools menu and click on “Collections" in the drop down.
5. Click on Open and click on "Logos Cloud Premium" in the drop down.
If you don’t see Logos Cloud Premium in the drop down, click on the sync arrows in the upper right next to layout and try again.

Thanks, Chris. That makes it easy to figure out what is a cloud resource, but it doesn't distinguish between Cloud resources that I don't own from the ones that I do own. This will be an issue at the end of the trial period. I hope something can be worked out to deal with this situation. (Marking everything added to my library on the same day I got the Cloud resources was overly ambitious since I received over a dozen other things I paid for.)

You could limit your library to Cloud Premium and then sort by last updated

Library shows only the 1998 resources from Logos Cloud Premium collection, sorted by last update (purple boxes).
Everything that came prior to Monday's Cloudburst is owned and not tagged as Cloud (green boxes). Dunn's Commentary on Galatians in the Black's NT commentary series is special since it came on Monday but I own it - it's in June's Monthly Sale and I bought it. I knew about that when I tagged, but you may check your order history too make sure.
Tagging with mytag was easy on Monday, but relying on last updated will become less precise should you buy Cloud items from the monthly sale or should Logos update a Cloud resource in June.
