I have a base package but I joined to see what all the fuss is about. When I clicked the download link, I got a message just saying Logos is up to date. Does that mean I already have all the resources in Cloud, or will a download start later?
Hopefully this doesn't hijack the thread, and this has probably been answered elsewhere - but I just looked and didn't find an answer...
Why is there a download at all if this is "cloud" and the UI is the web interface at app.logos.com?

Sometimes names for offerings will be very clearly describe what you get, sometimes less so. But in fact what Faithlife calls "Logos Cloud" is not a cloud-only service, but a library licence package which works on subscription basis. You may access it through the cloud (i.e with app.logos.com which is in beta, with biblia.com and bible.faithlife.com) but as well with the mobile apps - where some of the functionality may be cloud driven, some off-line - and also with the desktop applications which currently are in the words of Faithlife the best way to access the Logos Cloud resources.
From https://faithlife.com/comments/355205:
"To have the best experience with Logos Cloud, download the software onto your desktop (links below). We also have mobile apps for iOS/Android you can use to access Logos Cloud. The other option is to access via the web at app.logos.com. The web app is still in Beta and is the least recommended experience for accessing Logos Cloud."
Bradley, or anyone, do you have an answer to the question in my original post?

You did! I didn't even get an answer! lol [:D]

Try the Update Resources command in the command bar. If nothing shows up then and you are a follower of the Logos Cloud group in Faithlife, it probably means that you have already amassed all of the resources and tools included in Logos Cloud. That or there's a bug somewhere.
It might also be helpful to post logs (from running "update resources").
Thanks everyone, I guess it just takes a while. I just checked the software again and 2.09 GB are downloading.
