It's mysterious to me why the Quick Start Videos--available in every base package--would not be included in Logos Cloud, especially since Cloud is aimed at NEW customers! IMHO this needs to be rectified.
I would imagine because these videos are based on and demonstrate the desktop version of Logos 6.
Logos always launch stuff without it being ready.
Logos cloud users still get access to the desktop application as the logos web app currently is not much more than biblia with a face life and the advertising removed. Without access to the desktop app logos cloud would be a waste of time until the web app gets anyway near parity with the desktop app. - I'd guess the datasets and tools of the desktop app the cloud subscriber can use will depend upon the subscription level they pay.
Hence I think these would be invaluable to the new users Logos Cloud is being aimed at for the present time. Hopefully it's just an oversight and they will be added. If not hopefully it will be rethought.

This is also what I was hoping...
I've been helping 5 users, who are absolutely brand-new to Logos, get set up. I was the one who convinced them to try Logos and have spent HOURS helping them get set up and getting them started on the basics. I went to add these to the sidebar of their home screen so that they could systematically work through them, but discovered to my dismay that they weren't available! This makes for a situation that is so much more ripe for a new user becoming discouraged with the complexity of the software and "giving up"!

Thanks for reporting this. We'll correct it.
Thanks, Phil!
In the meantime, I "think" you can unlock at least the L5 Quickstart for free if I'm not mistaken, but it is a good suggestion to include these with Logos Cloud.
