I restarted Win7 this morning and the download appears to be going ahead - according to the Notification Area icon it is now 70%.
That finally completed and now it is stuck at 21% downloading Updates. But it also started indexing and has completed 43/457 in 67 minutes. It took 62 min to index ESV
and NASB95 whilst complaining that nearly every book/chapter "had no reverse
interlinear data". When it wasn't complaining (I
haven't loaded the 561 MB of syntax resources?) it took 1.5 minutes for AV1873
(Cambridge Paragraph Bible).

Of my v3 resources the following were not copied to the v4 resource folder:
None of the books (.lbxoeb) in v3 resource sub-folder \PBB were copied.
From the logs I can see the Indexer is doing some useful things like ignoring bad references (eg. in 29.1.1 Bible Knowledge Commentary & 46.30.16 EBDB Lexicon**) but why does it complain about there being no reverse
interlinear data if the v3 resource has been replaced by v4 ones?
What are the new Lexham resources LEXBIBLE.logos4 and LEBNT..lbsrvi (LGNTI.lbxlls and LEXHAMSGNT.lbxlls are copied as is)?
** that 's a worry as it ignored 11021 invalid references for 'twot' out of 11087 total; 99%! Hope this resource is replaced ASAP!
Still indexing after 4+ hrs and downloading updates still at 21%!

Still indexing after 4+ hrs and downloading updates still at 21%!
Indexing finished after 5hrs 21 mins and downloading "updates" continued. I stopped them at 48% because my Usage meter shows I have downloaded over 1600 MB between the initial/prerequisite download, the "640 MB" download and 48% of the "updates". This is more than double what I had anticipated/been lead to believe - please explain. Also, what is the purpose of the "updates", which are already over 400 MB?

PBB books aren't supported in Beta 1.
The "no reverse interlinear data" is a spurious error message that was accidentally left in Beta 1; you can ignore it (we do!).
That's the Lexham English Bible and the accompanying NT reverse interlinear.
(Almost) All resources with TWOT references need to be rebuilt. We didn't have them ready to go for Beta 1, but should have all important resources redone by the time Logos 4 ships.

Indexing Bibles with reverse interlinears is very slow in Beta 1.

There is an edit button. Click More and the drop down has an edit function for your own posts.
Correction: The other forums have an edit button under the "more" button. But sadly this one does not appear to have edit activated.
We'll see about getting that fixed. Thanks for pointing it out.
