Resource Missing From Desktop But Not Android Device

I was reading C.I. Scofield's "Rightly Dividing the Work of Truth" from my library on my Android device this morning. However, I could not find this resource in my desktop Library later. Next I looked for the resources in the C.I. Scofield Collection which I recently purchased. They showed up in the library on my Android, but again not on my desktop. Lastly I checked my recent orders. The C.I. Scofield collection purchase is not listed.

Has anyone seen this before? Any idea how to resolve this?

yes, I got the same problem.Available on my Android but missing from desktop Windows. Emailed logos customer service - still waiting for their reply.

Hi Dan, I was using Logos 4 running on Windows 8.1.

Reply from customer support:

"It appears that you are not running a version that can see those new books. Running Windows 8.1, you should be able to install Logos 6 so that you can see all of the books that you have purchased. To install the free version of Logos 6, to access your resources but not the new features, just go to www.logos.com/install and follow the instructions showing there."

I downloaded Logos 6 free engine and problem solved.
