Video Background Flashes Black then Restarts

In the newest version of Proclaim (1.26.0.0533) the video background for songs flashes to black then restarts when the slide is advanced. The background will continuously play and loop through a song if the Fade effect is on, but we don't use transitional effects in songs.

Just to be clear, the text is fine and advances without problem, the background stops, goes to black, and then starts over on the next slide in the song.

Worked on Sunday, broke this morning with the new update.

Windows 8.1 Enterprise
GPU: GeForce GT 730
CPU: AMD FX 6300

What was the fix? Our computer has had this problem for months. It has pretty much identical specs as the one mentioned in the original post.

This issue should be fixed. If you could submit logs from the affected machine that will help me diagnose further.

How long does it keep the logs? If I get the logs for you Wednesday would it reflect the error that happened Sunday morning?

The logs are overwritten each time the app starts up. I will however be able to see what version you're running which will help.

Joe, it looks like you're running with a slightly older version of Proclaim. Try following the steps here to update Proclaim to the newest version.
