mytags all not showing up

I have tagged the books that I am currently reading with mytag:booksreading

My software is up to date and this search pulls up all the books on my iPad but only a few on my iPhone.

I have rebooted the device and done "rebuild index" in the reference box and waited but neither of these things has helped.

Any suggestions?

I am really hoping that I do not have to reinstall the app again which will mean re-downloading all the books.

Hi Bruce,

Could you please use "Report a Problem" from the Help menu? It could be that your tags aren't syncing properly - it would help to take a look at your logs.

BTW, how long did you wait - and is your phone on wifi or cellular?

Thanks Kevin. I sent in a report as requested. By the way, I waited an hour after pressing go to "rebuild index" but no luck. I am also using wifi which is working fine.

Your logs indicate that "mytag:" was entered, but not "mytag:booksreading". Are you sure that the full text was entered?
