Upgrading to Logos 6 shouldn't cause you to lose your library under normal circumstances. I think I have read of something similar recently. We will need some more information from you.
What Operating System are you running? Did you log in with the correct credentials (username & password)? Were you updating from Logos 5 or something else?
You may need to provide logs. Instructions can be found in the link in my signature line.
This thread may be moved to the Logos 6 forum.
As Alabama says, upgrading to Logos 6 alone would not create this problem normally.
Help us understand your problem a bit better. What version of Logos did you upgrade from?
About how long did your library take to download and index in Logos 6? If it didn't take any time, are you certain that you are using the same credential in Logos 6 as you did in your previous version?
