Urgent Help Needed!!!!! (CS sent me here)

I am trying to build tomorrow's service and it tells me that I need to purchase an on air license. Our license is good till 2016.

I called in to customer service and they sent me here (!) You will see in the screenshot that it appears that my proclaim is not reaching my group. Is this where the licenses are stored????

Background: Last Sat I changed some of the backgrounds to another one only realizing they were for "Pro" so I deleted them and used the program on Sunday and Wednesday just fine....

Any help would be greatly appreciated....

Mike, it looks like your license is valid, but something probably got messed up in your local license database.

Please quit Proclaim, then delete your local licensing database files.

These can be found here:

~/Library/Application Support/Proclaim/Data/[random numbers]/LicenseManager

Delete both LicenseManager database files

You can use (CMD+Shift+G in Finder to goto a folder) such as '~/Library/Application Support/Proclaim/Data' then navigate into the user and LicenseManager folder.

Once delete, restart Proclaim and it will contact the server to get the latest (correct) license information.

If this does not work for you, please post your Proclaim.log file

Thanks Glenn....It righted itself once I sent something from Logos to Proclaim (?) I decided to just leave things as they were. It worked fine on Sunday.

The ease of using 'Pro' stuff without noticing needs to be tackled by the developers. I guess we need to see it in order to know what we could have - but finding it in a presentation and then having to change things is a bit of pain.
