CCLI SongSelect link problem

I'm using the 30 day trial of Proclaim, but am having problems linking it to CCLI SongSelect. Whenever I try to link the account (clicking on the "Enter info" link) I just get up a blank white box (there's a title - "SongSelect by CCLI" but nothing underneath except white space and nowhere to enter login details.

I can log in normally to the full and mobile SongSelect site through my browser.

Hi, Craig. This is a known issue, the source of which we are unable to track down, although it is related to Windows 10. Currently, the workaround is to link your SongSelect account on another machine. Once the accounts are linked this white box will no longer appear.

If you wouldn't mind trying something for me, there may be a solution to this. If you change your default browser before using the above workaround, does the white box still appear? For example, the default browser with Windows 10 is Edge, but if you change to IE 11 or Chrome will it change anything?

Could I ask you how recently you upgraded to Windows 10 and downloaded Proclaim? This information will help us track down the cause of this bug.

Okay, I'll try that when I get access to another PC.

I upgraded to Windows 10 at the end of July (first day of release, I think) and only downloaded and installed Proclaim yesterday.

If you don't mind testing out a couple of those different default browsers before using the workaround I'd appreciate it. This issue seems to only happen the first time that Proclaim is used after updating to Windows 10 and then never again, so it makes testing it from our end tough.

I can provide you with instructions as to how to do this if you would find it helpful. You can find the default browser choice in the settings menu of most browsers.

Sorry - missed that bit of your reply.

I use Firefox as default, but also tried setting the default to IE and Edge but made no difference - still just a white box. Don't have chrome installed so couldn't try that.

Just for info, I shut all browswer windows and fully closed and reopened Proclaim each time.

Anything else you'd like me to try?
