Crashing on Mac

As of last night logos crashes when i do a passage look up. i made sure i downloaded and installed the newest version of logos and my OSX yosemite is up to date and also checked for font errors

There are no Logos logs included in your zip file, only the Mac console message. Please see the wiki page that is linked at the bottom of my post for instructions about enabling and uploading logs

cheers mate, I'm pretty sure I did that last time but at least this time around I got a message saying logos had quit unexpectedly - that didn't happen before.

Same as above. For clarification: Did you download the helper app, enable logging, start Logos and allow it to crash, and then grab the logs via the helper app BEFORE trying to open the app again?

If for some reason you are unable to acquire logs, you will likely have to call customer service.

Are you able to determine which version you have installed, or does it crash too quickly? What version of OS X?

I've got Logos 6.5.0.0044 installed. It'll sit on the homepage all day, it's just when it's trying to load the passage guide, bibles, commentaries etc it crashes.

I have OS X Yosemite 10.10.5 installed.

Unfortunately, if you aren't able to get a logos.log and crash log file, you will need to contact customer service.

In case this helps anyone in the future, I fixed the crashes by removing the journals section from the passage guide.
