I don't have enough information to go on. Could you share a few more details?

- Which Logos app (there are several).?
- What device are you using?
- Is the device rooted or not?
- Did the error message occur before, during or after installing the <Logos> app?

A screenshot might help if you can post one.

I am not sure what an Samsung Galaxy S6 "Active" is, but I have a S6. I also have Logos installed on it. Maybe there is a difference.

When attempting to install the app from the Google Play store you could try tapping the little "+" icon to see if there is more information about why the app isn't compatible.
