Visual Filter

I have noticed that on some of the visual filters that I see that you are able to out words above the text and I was wondering how you are able to do that. Here is the screen of what I ab talking about. I am referring to the words in bubbles above the text. Thanks!

You must create a highlight containing those bubbles and attach it to the visual filter. Can't get to Logos right now, so can't show a screenshot.

Under Insert Text in the Highlighting tool you will find Text Above

Note: I just called the Highlight "Text Above" (in the top box) but use your own name.

Thanks, downloaded highlighting palettes and filters, renamed them (changed "and" to &), modified them (removed ALL CAPS, changed to Mixed Case, reduced size to 60 %, plus consolidated Duration of Time with Reference ranges 67.118-135/136-141 into 67.118-141), followed by publishing them to Logos Visual Filters:
