I bought logos with my school (because I had to), but now that I actually need it for a class I realized there are no Bibles or interlinear Bibles in my account. It's for Biblical interpretation so its kind of really important.
Welcome to the forums William. Can you be more specific.
1. Are you using the same email address that was used when the software was purchased?
2. biblia.com
a. Log in using the email address and password you use in Logos and click the open book (library) and see if the books you purchased are in there.

What did you actually purchase? Did you buy a base package? Which one?
I realized there are no Bibles or interlinear Bibles in my account
For clarification: It sounds like perhaps you purchased the software but you haven't installed it until recently. Is that right? Are you aware that you have to download and install the software, then allow the application to download and index resources?
Have you checked www.biblia.com to see if you have any bibles there? Make sure to use the credentials (email & password) with which you purchased the resources.
There are Bibles and 100 more books on biblia.com that It says I have, but they aren't on my logos.
Actually, we misled you with the biblia request... FL apparently provides a number of resources to use free of charge online. They do the same thing with the mobile app. Those resources will be unavailable unless you own the licenses for those resources.
