BUG: Corresponding Words enables / disables in all tabs / panels

I only want Corresponding Words enabled in my multiple resources window (which I have as a separate floating window). When I enable it in there, it enables in other tabs / panels within other windows. That causes words to get highlighted and all the associated behavior - something that I don't want in those windows. But when I disable it in one of those tabs, it gets disabled in the multiple resources window.

Is this intended behavior? If not, can we get it corrected? If so, can we get it corrected? Seriously, if it is intended behavior, can we change that thinking?

I can't reproduce this with multiple resources in a floating window and the one main window in 6.7 Beta 3, nor with two floating windows. Please be more specific about your layout and the settings in Corresponding Words e.g. if Surface do all other settings get switched from Lemma to Surface? Are resources in the multi-view window also open in other panels/windows? A screen shot may be useful.

Logos 6.6 SR-2 on Windows 8.1 x64.

The window with the tab where I don't want the "Corresponding Words" setting to affect / be affected by the setting in the multiple resources window is in fact the main Logos window. Those two floating windows are on the same monitor, and I have two other floating windows visible on a 2nd monitor. The only "Corresponding Words" setting that would be enabled when I check the main checkbox for the feature is the "Lemma" setting. Changing that main checkbox also affects the feature in a floating window on the 2nd monitor (one with a Bible resource so that it has the "Lemma" checkbox). So the setting seems to have an effect on all windows.

A couple of screenshots:

A little experimenting might be pointing to the behavior being true for the same resource; i.e. if I enable it for ESV in multi-view, it enables it for ESV in other windows. If I enable it for NASB, it enables it for NASB in other windows. If that's true, I still don't want that behavior.

It is standard behavior that filters are set at the resource level not the pane level - something that there are multiple requests to change but is probably a significant chunk of development time to change.

Yes. The ESV will be affected if it is open in multiple panels/windows - other resources are not affected.
