It was advertised as one month only with a notice that the price of some resources would increase over pre-sale prices after the month was up.

It was in partnership with Zondervan which normally does not allow dynamic pricing ... so I suspect it took a while to put the contract together.

I am also very curious how many mega-bundles were actually sold. The discount was only 5% so if you really want the bundle you can selectively cull the titles by 5% of the "fluff" and effectively have the same deal.
