Dictionary Tagging in Factbook

Is Faithlife still working on tagging basic Bible dictionaries and encyclopedias for use with Factbook? I was searching for information on the Testaments of the Twelve Patriarchs this morning and noticed something odd. When I search my Bible dictionaries and encyclopedias, I get results from ten of them. Of those ten, only four show up when searching for the same thing in Factbook, the same four that also show up in the Topic Guide.

The Logos Controlled Vocabulary (LCV) is a dataset that manages topics within select resources by tagging equivalent topics, especially when they have different names. This affects resources e.g. bible dictionaries, that appear in Topic Guide and Factbook. But if you place a collection of your bible dictionaries within the Collections section of Topic Guide you will get similar results to your Search.

The latest update of the LCV is 15th Oct; which answers part of your question. I don't know if Faithlife is planning to include additional resources.

EDIT: I had not had my morning coffee yet and think I misunderstood what you wrote. At first I thought you were suggesting The Testaments of the Twelve Patriarchs was not an item included in LCV. If that were the case, Factbook would not have displayed any hits at all. On re-reading your post, I think you were suggesting at least six of my Bible dictionaries/encyclopedias have not yet been tagged for use with Factbook or Topic Guide. If that is the case, that is significant, as both editons of ISBE failed to show up. Those are fairly standard, prominent reference works.

No, I think something else is going on here. The Testaments of the Twelve Patriarchs is part of LVC, as Factbook and Topic Guide do produce at least some results. Resources such as the ISBE that are not showing up are in fact tagged for use with Factbook and Topic Guide, because I can get results when searching for other topics. Maybe the tagging on certain resources is just not complete or hasn't been updated to keep up with LCV?
