install logos 6 - 10 windows - errors

I have new laptop.
Samsung i7, 8GB, 1TB.
Installed: Windows 10, windows defender, windows firewall and microsoft plus 2013 64b
I downloaded "LogosSetup". I clicked twice... begin the installation. Asks permission to install, and click "Yes". So, stop. It does not happen any more.
I I disabled the firewall and defend. but remained the same.
Help me.

Welcome Cleber. I'm sorry no one has responded before now.

First enable logging, then run Setup and upload the compressed "zipped" log files folder (as per the wiki).
