Reading Plan not Repeating into 2016

We created a custom reading plan based on oneyearbibleonline.com, and have been using it all year.  It has for some reason not repeated into 2016.  Any tips on how to make it repeat?  It has been ages since we set it up, and i'm really not entirely sure what to do.  It is in my "documents" in my faith life account and in the group documents..but I see no place to make it an active reading plan.
