Logos 6 Crashes on Startup

Logos 6 suddenly began crashing on startup yesterday. No updates were applied to my system prior to or since this problem surfaced. The icons on my desktop and taskbar are now blank whereas they used to show the Verbum logo. When I click on either icon, Logos 6 begins to load, but then throws up an error window saying an unexpected error occurred and Logos 6 needs to close.

VerbumCrash.txt has error about missing folder "C:\Users\Scott\AppData\Local\Verbum\System\CefLocale"

Verbum.log shows version 6.20.0.0026 so suggestion is upgrading to 6.10 SR-2 (6.10.0.0041) using VerbumSetup.exe => https://community.logos.com/forums/p/123959/809621.aspx#809621

FYI: folder "C:\Users\Scott\AppData\Local\Verbum\System\CefLocale" should have 53 items in it.
