A fix to the problem has already been released as SR-2. If that is not the version you are running please update. If it is what you are running, post back so the techs know the problem is not completely repaired.

If this bug was fixed in 6.10 it's back in 6.11.

This bug appears to be triggered when running searches. Did a Inline search in ESV and it started to reindex. (Complete reindex)

Due to the timing of the releases, the fix in 6.10 SR-2 didn't make it into 6.11 Beta 1 (but we didn't realise this when preparing the release notes).
The SR-2 fix will be in Beta 2. There is no known workaround (other than avoid Beta 1 and use your stable release) until Beta 2 ships.

I had updated to that version but did not set upload channel back to default, so the new version downloaded and updated to 6.11 and here we are again with the same problem.

I gather that no one in the Mac Development Team actually uses the software. This one would have been hard to miss if they had used it.
