Considering the timetable and context of the verse, should there be a full moon depicted?

Before posting this reply, I searched to determine if there may be something that I may be missing in this, but could not find any. So, I'll ask the question "Why should there be a full moon?". [:)]

I think what Daniel was saying that since Passover (which is the time frame of the passage) always begins on a full moon, that having a moon that is a waxing crescent is incorrect.

Yes, the four Blood Moons in 2014 & 2015 (total lunar eclipse of full moon) occurred on Passover and Tabernacles. VOTD image should have looked like::
