Do you have an internet connection when trying to use this feature? What bible are you using? Do you own the reverse interlinear for that translation?
Yes, I always have an Internet connection. I use most of the time Reina-Valera Actualizada (RVA) but I also use other translations available within the app. I'm not sure about the last question? How can I find that out.
