DOCUMENTS & SETTINGS - 20 minutes to upload

Over the past 5 weeks every time that I double-click on the LOGOS icon, my Documents and Settings takes about 20 minutes to upload, and it is also the same thing when I close out.

This is a very long length of time for this to be happening.

Is there any reason for this?

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Please enable diagnostic logging and post logs after starting Logos, allowing sync to take place, stopping Logos.

Logos seems to be timing out trying to sync Note Documents. Try power cycling your network hardware.

It is just very annoying, but I can deal with it until someone gets here.

I know for sure I have a problem in the syncing and indexing. It never syncs up. That circle just keeps spinning and spinning whenever I log on.

You will never believe what happened???!!!

I tried Power-Cycling my modem, and then my internet service dropped out. So I had to call my ISP, and they went into the modem and did not even find a DNS SERVER ADDRESS in there. Wow!!!!

So she told me what DNS ADDRESS to put in there while I typed it, and I am back up and running.

Can you guess how long it takes me to log on to LOGOS now???????

3 Minutes !!!!!!!!!!

I am estatic !!!!!!!!!! And all this time I did not know what was happening. I probably was picking up Wi Fi from my next-door neighbor.
