Using Greek Parsing on Mobile while off line

Hello,

I'm new to Logos mobile app. I don't have the best of service and sometimes I find myself wanting to use the word information tool when I am traveling on a plane or otherwise out of service range. I've downloaded a lot of the resources so they can be used, but the word information doesn't work when I am not connected via phone service or wifi... Wondering if anyone knows of a way to get it working...? Is there something I'm missing? Thank you,

You are not missing anything the Logos Mobile App, nicknamed E.T. needs to phone home so to speak for some of the functionality to work.

Do I need to be connected to internet for the app to work?

Yes and no. You will need to be connected to the internet via your cell phone service provider or Wi-Fi to access all the features and resources of the app. We currently offer limited offline reading support for owned resources when you are not able to access the internet. To learn how to download a book for offline reading, please click here.

If you follow the link about offline reading it offers the following Tip:

"Offline Mode allows functions more like a "Reader" and less like a research tool. Many of our advanced search functions require a little more processing power and storage than a mobile device can supply so all of those functions use our Cloud Servers to process your searches and require internet access"
