I'd like to back up my notes documents -- how do I do that?
I do not know of a way to do this, but it might help to backup the entire Logos Software. See this article for finding the software location.

To the best of my knowledge there is no Notes import / restore option within the software
Good news, John! You don't need to.
If your computer crashes, just reload Logos and all your Notes will follow. They have been backed up automatically in the Faithlife cloud. (Thank you, Faithlife. You have saved my notes more than once.)
