We have become aware of a recent problem with In-App purchases on iOS devices whereby purchased resources are not made available.
This issue is caused by an expired certificate in third-party code that we use and the developer is aware of the issue but it hasn't been fixed yet.
As a workaround, after any In-App purchases please open the Help menu and tap "Restore Purchases" and the resource(s) should become available. We hope to ship a new release that fixes this issue sometime soon.
