You can't add pericopes to any bible resource. But they are provided for use in Passage dropdowns by a dataset PericopeSets.lbspsd; which you get with Logos 6 Core Crossgrade+ or Bronze package+. If NASB95 is your preferred bible you will see its pericopes in those dropdowns.

Note that Logos includes pericope headings in a Bible only when the publisher/translators include them.
Verify Non-Bible Text is enabled:
"God's Provisions" in Philippians 4 is a pericope.
