Help with Weights/Measure Converter Interactive

I'm curious if I'm doing something wrong or the interactive is inaccurate. I'm going through Rev 21 at the moment and two measurements pop up that come up different in the interactive.

12,000 stadia by the commentaries I read usually put it around 1380 miles (approx of course) but when I put it into the converter it comes out to 1342 miles. I should also mention a Logos Bible infographic from 2009 puts it at 1380 miles as well directly contradicting their interactive. If you do a media search for 21:16 it should pop up.

A little later, Revelation mentions the thickness of the walls at 144 cubits which again the commentaries I read put it around 72 yards. The converter shows it at 76 yards.

I know this is probably not big for some but it is driving my OCD bananas... am I just crazy or is one of the two off?

I can't speak to Logos consistency, although consistency would be difficult.

There's several cubit values, and also stadia. So, in the ballpark would normally be good.

A good exercize on the subject is to read up on the walls surrounding the Temple Mount, trying to guess which cubit was used in a particular writing.

Stadia is more curious ... a western and eastern one. I'd assume getting them wrong with limited water on your journey might be a major mistake.

Hope I didn't confuse ... the multiples I noted are in the various ancient sources.

As noted above, I don't know the story in Logos. I'm guessing (judging from my earlier comparison) that the recent W&M tool was a re-UI on a 1-for-1 with the older Libronix tool. No refresh/Logos standardizing. The Lexham stuff, who knows which they used.

Bob seriously ran his nails on the chalkboard to avoid re-doing the tool. I assumed currency variation. Maybe ancient metric variations?

No confusion here. It just bugged me that FL had two different things that didn't agree. A picture and a tool. I'm not so concerned with the end value but more consistency and to know how they got there
