I looked at the preview of Mounce's dictionary. It seems to be arranged alphabetically. How would one search a book like this? Will it give results on a Strong's number search? Would it be referenced with Bible Word studies? Thanks

Ted, it should be referenced when you do a bible word study in your guides section.

If your Bible has a word that's contained in the dictionary it will appear in Bible Word study guide but not in the exegetical guide. At least on my iPhone, haven't tried it on my laptop yet. Nice resource and very cheap!

He is pre-mil, post-trib I think. I highly recommend anything by Keener, He is an incredible scholar. Seriously, who but him can write a 5000 page commentary on one book of the Bible?

I'll check him out on some key passages later since I went ahead and purchased the NIVAC NT set. I figured it's cheap now and since I need the volume on Matthew and that one alone is $41.99, I'd rather pay $179.99 for 20 volumes than $41.99 for just one.

I think we are getting to the end and I still am still trying to make up my mind on New International Dictionary of NT Theology and Exegesis (5 vols.)

Yeah I don't have a great answer for you. All i know is sales this large don't come around all that often. You save $130 with this sale. I took the jump as I think in the long run it will be beneficial and will compliment my TDNT but I haven't had much time to play with it yet. From what I can tell, the people who do have it like it

It's half off the prepub price, so I personally did buy it. Rare sale for that dictionary. I'd still like to own the older version though, since it's linked to a lot of the resources I have.

I'm thinking about buying ZEB..and can someone who has it answer my questions..
- Are the pictures properly indexed & tagged?
- When I run an image search of a location, would the pictures from ZEB shows up in the result?
- Say if I do.. Passage Guide/Sermon Guide of Matthew 1-15, would any of the pictures from ZEB appear under Media?

They would show, but some say picture quality is not that great and that articles wise you'd be better served by the IVP Dictionaries or ISBE. I got everything else from the sale except the ZEB

If you are at all tempted to see it, buy it. Return it if it is not right for you. Or wait till tomorrow and pay $280.00 to try it. Wait is it still on sale?

True, if I want good commentaries, I have thousands of them. And if I want nice pictures of Israel, I can just google them... I guess I'll pass on ZEB this time. (sorry, just thinking out loud)
